How will I receive my purchase?
All our products are instant digital downloads. After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with a PDF file containing instructions and a link to access your product. You can also access your files from your account under Order History.
Will I receive a physical product?
No. All products sold at Digital Pantry are digital downloads only. No physical item will be mailed to you.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is instant! Once your payment is confirmed, you'll have immediate access to download your files.
Accessing Your Products
What do I need to use your spreadsheet templates?
Our spreadsheet templates are designed for Google Sheets. You'll need a free Google account (such as Gmail) to access and use them. They are not compatible with Microsoft Excel.
What do I need to use your printable products?
You'll need a printer and standard US Letter size paper (8.5 x 11 inches). Simply download the PDF file and print at home or at a local print shop.
Can I access spreadsheets on my phone or tablet?
Yes! Google Sheets works on any device with a web browser, and you can also use the free Google Sheets app on iPhone, iPad, Android phones, and tablets.
Can I print the products more than once?
Absolutely. Once you purchase a product, you can download and print it as many times as you need for personal or educational use.
Compatibility
Do your spreadsheets work with Microsoft Excel?
No. Our spreadsheet templates are specifically designed for Google Sheets and are not compatible with Microsoft Excel.
What format are your printables in?
All printable products are delivered in PDF format, which is compatible with virtually any device and easy to print.

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order details and we'll resend your files promptly.

Can I share the products with friends or family?
Our products are licensed for personal and educational use by the original purchaser only. Sharing, redistributing, or forwarding files to others is not permitted. If someone else would like the product, please direct them to our store.
Can I use your products for commercial purposes?
No. Our products are for personal and educational use only. Reselling, modifying for resale, or using our products for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.
Can I upload or share your products online?
No. Uploading or sharing our products on any website, forum, file-sharing platform, or social media is strictly prohibited.
Technical Support
I'm having trouble accessing my Google Sheets template. Can you help?
Of course! Make sure you're signed into your Google account, then click the link provided in your PDF file. If you continue to experience issues, contact us and we'll assist you right away.
The colors on my printed product look different from the preview. Why?
Colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, printer calibration, and paper type. This is normal and not a defect in the product.
